Day 1: Singapore/Solo/Semarang (L/D)
Arrive at Solo Adisumarno Airport, we will embark
directly on a special Solo city sightseeing trip with a
visit to Mangkunegare Palace (Keraton) and Pusat Grosir
Solo (Wholesale Center).
After lunch we will pass by Bengawan Solo (Solo River)
the longest river in Java Island. We will continue the
journey to Semarang for dinner and accommodation.
Day
2: Semarang/Sampokong/Kota Lama/Bledug Church/Grand
Mosque/Ambarawa (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, we begin our tour visit Sampokong
Temple the biggest temple in Java, which was built in
honor of Admiral Cheng Ho, the famous Muslim eunuch of
the Ming Dynasty who lead a Chinese mega fleet on seven
expeditions to Java and other parts of Asia in the early
15th century. Next, proceed to Kota Lama (Old
City) located in the northern are of Semarang where the
port was located during Dutch colonial times. Remnants
of this period that one can witness are the old churches
and old building with unique European architecture,
includes Bledug Church the oldest church in Java.
The journey will not be completed without a visit to the
Grand Mosque which occupies around 10ha in area.
Continue to Ambarawa to visit Train Museum, here you can
enjoy locomotive tour at this area to see coffee and tea
botanical garden.
Afterwards we will continue the journey to Yogyakarta
for dinner & accommodation.
Day 3: Yogyakarta/Borobudur/Mendut
Temple/Pawon Temple/Parangkusumo Sand Dunes /
Parantritis Beach (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, drive up to Kaliadem, where
you can imer yourself in the beauty of active volcano
Mt Merapi spitting its lava out into open.
Continue the journey to visit Borobudur Temple the
largest and most impressive Buddhist Shrine in Asia
created in 7-9 century and marvel of art and
architectural design. And also passing the several other
important temples such as Mendut Temple and Pawon
Temples on the way back. Then continue to visit the
center of silversmith, also visit to center of batik
handicraft. Next, proceed to Parangkusumo Sand Dunes,
where its know as one of the worlds famous heritage
sites. The dunes located 20m above sea lever and it is a
privilege to have one of the worlds and only four dunes
in Indonesia.
Afterwards, proceed to Parangtritis Beach, a white sandy
beach ending in an enchanting sloping beach, the trip
will end at the nearby hilltop of Gupit where you can
enjoy the breathtaking view of sunset from the top.
Day
4: Yogyakarta / Sultan Palace / Taman Sari Water Castle
/ Jogya Return Monument / Solo (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, visit to Sultan Palace, a model of
traditional Javanese Palace architecture. Until today,
the Kraton still serves the Sultan.
Then followed by Taman Sari Water Castle, it was once
the most secret part of the Kraton as it formed a
pleasure park of ools and waterways planted with
hundreds of flowering trees. Then visit to Jogya Return
Monument to see the history where Indonesia struggle
against the colonial power. Next, continue to Malioboro
Road and Pasar Bringharjo, where you can find a wide
array of handicraft; batik, wooden, sculpture, souvenir
and local delicacies. After enjoying the shopping, we
will continue the journey back to Solo.
Day
5: Solo/Singapore (B)
Breakfast at hotel, then free program until time to
transfer to airport.
